Neither one is finished….posting for I am not sure I will have the time to complete 😦 Like to paint and then wait a few days to go back over, both still need a few tweaks here and there. Cute, cute dogs…especially the second dog 😉
Week 1
Quick paint job on Luke following…or trying to follow instructions to assignment 🙂 Not good at cloning…or following instructions…was never good at cloning…….also…could not just leave the eyes….oh shortened the tongue….no was not bothering me…sometimes people request such things….just messing around.
Cap. bristle, Pal. Knife and extra.
Second Dog…Gidget
Gidget….all ears, now this does not mean she listens to her people…nope…pretty much selective hearing 😉 BG had to match another painintg of sister…did my best to make them happy…and of course follow the assihgnment…changes made here and there 😉 Did not print as red as it looks here.
Cap. bristle, pal. knife & extra
I was sent three images, the painting is a combe of all three.
Absolutely stunning Dee. You can tell you really know what your doing!
You did such a wonderful job on Luke, especially his eyes! I wish I had thought to shorten his tongue because it’s length was bothering me! Kudos!

You’re a pro, Dee. This is beautiful. Crisp. Colorful. And I love everything about it. Doesn’t seem undone or cloned, but painted.
Ohhhh….how kind you three are. Thank You 😉
Girl, didn’t know we could leave a comment here Love all your animal prints. I am going to try and geet that market started here
They are all good Dee, but can’t take my eyes off of the first one of Gidget. I swear I am going to see her ears flicker or she is going to bark any second. Just wonderful!!!!
Giget is adorable! What a face – those eyes! And you’ve done a marvelous painting of her and to think it’s a combination of 3 different photos – Kudos! You are such a pro!

Thank You everyone 😉
Your work has such personality! So well done! You have a great gift and I am glad you are using it!
Well done!
Karen
Dee,
All of these are sooo amazing! You really have a way with capturing the animals spirit! Great work…
Two more masterpieces, Dee! When are you going to come out with your own DVD on how to paint pets? I would surely buy it!
Don’t know how you did it, but you managed to make Scrappy look happy! To my eye, anyway, in the photo, he looked a little annoyed about being photographed, much like my own dog, Dotsey, who always gives me a little growl when I try to take her picture – I think she is part primitive tribesman who doesn’t want her “soul” stolen.
Kudos!

Thank You Karen, Jill and Jan.
Jan….I chuckled in reading about Dotsey…I have photographed a pup or two that would have prefered being behind the camera rather then the subject 😉 Cat too!
Dee, you pets are fantastic. Jan Hogan told me about you and she is correct. You do a fabulous job.

Thank You Janet 😉
